Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your password you can request a reset in 2 different ways:
1. In-app login screen type in your Username (email address) then click the "Forgotten password" button



This will send you a link via email to change your password and email confirmation once it has been reset.

2.  On the login screen enter your Login Name (email address) then click the "Forgot password" link.



Again this will send you an email with a link to change your password.  Once changed, you will also receive an email confirming the change has been successful.
