If you have contacted support already and for some reason we can't get MyTeamSafe to work exactly as you require then sorry it's not for you.

If something isn't quite as you expected and haven't contacted us yet the please do, before you cancel.
If you would still like to cancel your subscription please Click Here to send an email to support@myteamsafe.com at least 24 hours before your subscription renews.
We will arrange the cancellation for you and confirm this in an email.
Please advise us if you want to cancel and delete your subscription immediately or at the end of your subscription period.
We are unable to refund money that as been charged if you did not contact us before your subscription renews.
