How do I trigger a Panic Alarm?

In order to trigger a Panic Alarm you must be in an active lone working session.  Open the app and click on the Panic button:

The following message will appear asking you to confirm that you want to start a Panic session:

Once triggered the app will look like this.  At this point your escalation contact (manager/supervisor, or whoever you defined) will be immediately informed you are in a panic situation and your device will go into silent mode:

You will not be asked to check in during a Panic situation.  To stop a Panic session simply click Stop.  You will be asked to enter your 4 digit PIN and confirm Stop.
